Repiping is a system wide solution that allows you to take a shower, wash dishes, water the lawn, wash laundry, and use all faucets and fixtures at the same time without reduction in water pressure. It gives you great water pressure throughout your home, improves delivery of hot water, eliminates water damage repair bills and saves money on water lost to an inefficient system.
If you answer yes to any of the following questions, repiping will correct your problems:
Are you experiencing low water pressure in your home?
Low water pressure at a faucet, shower, or washing machine is caused by build up of rust and corrosion on the inside of galvanized iron pipes. As these pipes age, the rust and corrosion continue to build up restricting the flow of water.
Do you get scalded in the shower when someone flushes the toilet, turns on the faucet or washing machine?
This is also due to low pressure caused by build up of rust and corrosion of galvanized iron pipes.
Do you get rust colored or yellow water?
Rusty or discolored water is caused by the rust and corrosion from inside pipes mixing with the water flowing through the pipes. This indicates an advanced stage of corrosion. Iron pipes coated with zinc to prevent rust are galvanized iron. As galvanized iron pipes age, the zinc coating gradually wears away exposing the iron. The unprotected iron rusts rapidly from water. Most pre-1970 homes have this type of plumbing.
Have you had leaks in your plumbing?
Leaks are most commonly caused by corrosion of the galvanized iron.
Do you have galvanized iron water pipes?
Iron water pipes are coated with zinc to prevent rusting. Over time, they lose the zinc coating , the iron rusts, and becomes corroded restricting water pressure to faucets and showers.
This condition also results in rusty or discolored water which indicates the pipes are in an advanced stage of corrosion. This corrosion will commonly cause leaks in the pipes, discolor water, as well as depositing rust particles in your drinking water .
What are the benefits of trenchless repiping?
- Replace water mains and sewer lines without costly trenches and restoration
- Accurate horizontal boring beneath roads, railways and landscaping from 50 to 150 feet in length
- Minimal operating space required

One day repipe is excellent! They repiped my place in one day and got the water turned back on at 7PM. Everyone on the crew was extremely professional and did high quality work.
two weeks ago I had them change all the pipes in my house. they were very fast, professional ,had very good quality work with absolutely no mistakes and a good price comparable to a lot of other companies. thank you one day repipe for the good price and quality service.
Jose and team provided a very fair price, but their work was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was perfect. Even other plumbers who have done other work for us since have commented on what an excellent job they did. You will not be sorry if you work with them!
It went great. I got four quotes, they were the 2nd best price, but close enough to the best that I picked them because they do the work themselves and I'd been in touch with the owner Jose and I liked him. He was very involved, came over during the day to make sure everything was going well. I liked the workers, they were very polite, helpful, and very skilled and competent. I realized one small issue the next day (I wanted the bath spout moved), and they sent someone the next day to fix, no problem. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend. Description of work: I had a full house repipe done, new copper main to street, Plus adding tankless water heater to outside, moving washer lines to garage. While they were here we found issues with drain and vent pipes so they replaced those as well. Total cost ~$15k.
Outstanding! Everything about them: professionalism, punctuality, customer service. Scott come to my Santa Clara home on-time for every meeting. We walked through the house together and I pointed out what I wanted. We discussed water softener options and what was entailed plumbing-wise. That required a few reconfigurations of my laundry room that required a second visit to discuss with Jose the owner. One the day of the job the team arrived on time (9am) and began work right away. Their original estimate was they would complete the work by 6 but it took them until 9pm. But they were good to their word. The work was complete and the water was turned back on. The reason the job took longer was Jose had to come in himself and fill in for an employee who got ill as well as having to add a new drain to accommodate the new laundry room configuration. The second day Jose came back to address a few small items I pointed out needed tweaking. A Father/Son drywall team was there to wait for the rough plumbing inspection. They walked the inspector through the plumbing and asked if he could sign off the final at the same time which he couldn't. After the inspector left (2pm) they patched all the of the drywall inside and in the garage as well. They did an AMAZING job where they even patched holes that they didn't cause. They even helped me out by swapping the washer and dryer around which would have cost me a sore back and over an hour. They just lifted one right over the other! Outstanding customer service! The third day Jose's office administrator called and let me know when the inspector would come by for the final inspection. If was at my home at the appointed time and the inspection went smoothly. All in all the BEST contractor experience I've had in my 20years of owning my home. They are simply THE BEST!
I would like to thank Jose Mendez and his crew for the great job they did in our residential home on the copper repiping. They gave us a excellent price. I got 6 estimates from other companies, none came close to the quality work these men did. Licensed, Bonded, City Permits, and were there with any questions you had. And even installed Carbon Monoxide Smoke Alarms in our home. I rate them a 5 star they deserve it. Thank you for all your hard work. Rudy Estavillo and Joanne Godinez
They were our first estimate and we wanted to sign immediately due to their professionalism but waited. We wasted our time with other vendors who all wanted more money or needed 4 days. The guy from Home Adviser wanted to knock out the kitchen wall but to repair it would cost more. They covered the house in plastic like a scene from Dexter. When they left you never knew they were there. 12 hours and gone. They did other special tasks like activate and move an outdoor faucet to help our garden. All new shower fixtures the other guys did not offer. Very professional. They insulated the hot water pipes, fixed the flow from the street and now we have hot water that does not take 10 minutes to get there. Yahtzee!!
